The Emergency Needs Task Force (ENTF) mission is to provide and facilitate emergency assistance to lower income individuals and families of Pulaski County whom are in crisis.

Emergency Needs Task Force of Pulaski County (ENTF) is a private 501 © (3) non-profit organization operating and serving Pulaski County residents. ENTF works in collaboration with New River Community Action (NRCA) to provide the Emergency Assistance Program to Pulaski County. Through the generosity of many diverse sources including foundations, businesses, churches, and individuals. ENTF is supported to provide temporary food/financial crisis assistance for low-income residents in Pulaski County who are in need.
